Dr. Rios as always has been awesome. She listens to me and explains things to me well. Very Professional and caring. Staff is always friendly, courteous and professional.

Problems with refill

The office was packed...but they weren't behind as much as I thought. Otherwise, everything was great.

They did well in the time that we had, but the time doesn't seem long enough, so we weren't able to discuss all the issues. The issues we did discuss were great, but there were a few that we didn't have time for.

This last visit seemed kind of dismissive, she was very nice and had a welcome tone, but when I went to bring up something that have been going on she cut me short to address it with a referral. That made me lose focus and forget what I was going to ask about. To which I ended up asking in the portal. The response in the portal seemed kind of dismissive as well. Didn't address one of my concerns, and also seemed to have forgotten some of the supplements I have been taking for years that I put in my health c
