I feel like I'm just a number or just payment to this office, not a personal person. I would like to have better treatment, more consideration, and more thought given into my service of whatever they do for me. And I would really like to have a better primary doctor.

You need to improve on when somebody is calling to get through to the office, that they will call you back. I could not get through to the office. I called three or four times. I left two messages and it was never returned back. That's something that this office really needs to improve on. Giselle is wonderful. I love going to her, but you really need to improve on the other.
