Giselle always listens and recommends things that are tailored to me specifically not just general treatments

My APRN, Giselle, has always listened to what I need and what's bothering me.

The call center needs work. Rude and inconsiderate plus they were wrong and refused to admit it . If you could speak to someone there who can really help . I end up driving to the office. How sad!!

My experience was great as always but I wish they would be more efficient in replying to medication requests from my medication supplier

My experience with parish medical at this particular location in my most recent visits has been very pleasant. There were times when they were very unpleasant because you had a mouthy snotty young lady that worked the front desk, but some how she has been eliminated. Good job.

It's very difficult to get through to the correct location of care and almost always goes to voicemail. The schedulers have no working knowledge of how to schedule you even when you give them the information.
