In all my yrs suffering with back pain and seeing Dr. Bataille I have no doubt he will be the one to help. He is so personable and takes his time talking with his patients which never happens. I have already had treatment and I feel wonderful. I hope he stays forever!!

You can improve the office quite a bit by training the receptionists there to return calls on the same day. I called them several times on one day trying to get an appointment and did not receive a return call until the next day. Understand that they have been busy, but not busy every minute of every hour of one day. Thank you.

Every Parrish facility i go to, I'm treated so good, nobody has ever been rude. They all go above and beyond for you. I feel spoiled when I go to any of your facilities. Thank you ?

You could make it easier to make appointments to get in to see the doctor. Dr. Bataille is a wonderful doctor. We like him very much and he does a wonderful job, but it's extremely hard to get in through his switchboard. You have to leave a message and then they call you back at their convenience, which since they're very busy, sometimes it's the end of the day.

I got to have that appointment because it was made two months ago. My sciatic nerve started hurting about a little over a month ago. I called the office and I could not get to the doctor because they would not put the info in the doctor said if I am ever in pain to call him and I did try to call him and the telephone people and the telephone lines. It was all terrible. I waited 31 days in pain with my sciatic nerve For him because they wouldn't let me come in any earlier and I told him this and I think mana

The doctor was half an hour late. We were his first appointment at quarter of 8 a.m. He didn't seem to have a clue who we were or what we were there for. He said I'll be right back after he reviewed the test results and he never came back. So no, this is the first time I can say we were not pleased, we were not assured. I had to wait for another technician to come out of another room to reaffirm what I was told from somebody in the beginning. So I got the information I needed. We would have been half an hou
