    It is almost impossible to reach the office by phone. Reception office could be more friendly to the patients coming in.

    Dr. Bataille was caring, informative and most helpful.The nurse was friendly, but was careless in her language. In reception, a patient was on a tirade, which never let up and HER profanity was highly offensive!
