Yes, you need to change the way people are to get appointments. The way it is set up now, it is virtually impossible. It took me four days to get someone to answer a phone and take a message. This answering service is not going to work for you guys. Thank you.

The staff were superb from start to finish, from checking in to the medical assistant to Dr. Schafer. He came in, explained everything very thorough. I was actually, I got my x-rays before he even came in and then he was able to review them. Then he re-reviewed them with me, explained everything, gave me my options. We picked the cortisone shot, injected my knee, and I have been pain-free since. So kudos to them. I would definitely recommend them and I have them saved in my phone as they will be my orthoped

Dr. Schafer is wonderful at explaining the procedure and answering all the questions I have. It made me feel good that I was important enough to pay attention to, so I thank him very much and all his staff for being extremely good during this time for me. Thank you.

I have no problem with the staff, nor the doctors, nor the nurses, nor the x-rays. He gives you 100% attention, and if you don't understand something, you ask him and he will tell you.

Dr Schafer is the best!

My visit with Dr. Schafer is always exceptional. He is very professional and has helped me a lot with my shoulders. I did get an x-ray done and I received a notice today from Parrish that the results were in and I went on my portal and I could not see the results. Although Dr. Schafer did discuss the results with me, but the portal is not working correctly. So that's the only thing I have to say. Everything else was exceptional. Thank you.

Dr. Schafer has a wonderful manner. He is open and trustworthy. He is never pushy. He offers options and helps you make the decision if you want him to. I trust him completely.
