I have seen Dr. Schafer now three times and have been very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and the fact that he took great time to explain my injury and answer my questions and my husband's to our satisfaction.

I had to call over and over several times for somebody to answer the phone. I left several messages, never got a return phone call. I almost was about to just drive to the office to get an appointment because the phone would go straight to voicemail that they were busy over and over again and nobody called me back. I just had to keep calling and calling. Finally, on the fourth day, I got somebody to answer.

Dr. Shaefer is a very, very nice doctor. He listens to what you're asking him. He advises you. He's a wonderful doctor. He's an asset to Parish. Thank you.

Dr. Schaefer is the very first person since I've been going to Parish Medical who actually listened and seemed to understand that I have a priority of getting my legs to work properly again. It's my only priority and he was very, very clear about his ideas and his opinions and his recommendations.

So Dr. Schafer 's office was very busy. And I, so I was, I got in there at two and I was seen about a quarter to four, which is an hour and 45 minutes, almost two hours. Dr. Schafer and his staff were very busy. There was a lot of people that came in at the same time I did in wheelchairs with a lot more severe ailments than I had. So I was not a high priority case, so that's okay. So I just relaxed, read a magazine, took my time, everything was okay. And I was okay with the long wait, because I saw how many
