Dr. Parry is a wonderful doctor. Every time I see him, he's so helpful. The girls in the office are so nice. Everyone's so nice. Dr. Parry is one of the best doctors I've ever gone to. And I love the facility also.

I was very pleased with Dr. Parry and his service. I have some problems with the help. You cannot communicate with them. I couldn't get them. I was supposed to get a prescription when I got home. It took me nearly two days to get it and many, many, many calls that were not answered. I was very unhappy with that. But I have what I need now and I will see the doctor next week. Thank you.

I realized that there was a reason for there to be such a backlog of patients waiting to see the doctors, but I hope that's not something that goes on and on and doesn't resolve. And I do think that there should be some rule about patients who bring alcohol into the facility because someone did and he was very loud and obnoxious.

Dr Parry is attentive to my comments. He explains things and takes the time to make sure I understand and agree with his instructions.

I thought the office staff was really nice. They were very prompt and very cordial. Did not have to wait very long for the doctor and the whole process was over in an hour and it was covered all aspects of my treatment.

To new to this office to say

When I left the office, I had an order to call to have a CT scan. I tried to call to make that appointment. They called me back another day later and said that for what the doctor had on the order, it wasn't correct, and they had to send it back to him, and he has to send it back to them before I can schedule an appointment with them. I think this is a big waste of time, you know, I'm not understanding why this happened and nobody's explaining it to me and now I'm still waiting.
