Parrish Medical Center Opens Retail Pharmacy in Partnership with PharmD on Demand

TITUSVILLE, FLA. (March 4, 2026)—Parrish Medical Center announces the opening of its new on-site retail pharmacy, operated in partnership with PharmD on Demand, expanding convenient access to prescription services for the North Brevard community.

Located inside Parrish Medical Center at 951 North Washington Avenue in Titusville, Florida, Parrish Medical Center’s retail pharmacy offers patients and community members a convenient option for filling prescriptions in a trusted healthcare setting. For added convenience, the pharmacy also offers a drive-up parking option, making prescription pickup quick and easy. The retail pharmacy’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9AM until 9PM, and Saturdays from 9AM until 1PM. The retail pharmacy is closed on Sundays.

Parrish Medical Center also simultaneously introduced a Pharmacy Bedside Care Program, a bedside service that works to assist patients in having their prescription medications in hand prior to leaving the hospital. This program enables prescriptions to be delivered directly to the patient’s bedside for added convenience, enhanced communication, improved medical adherence and clarity of prescription costs and insurance assistance prior to discharge. The Pharmacy Bedside Care Program also aims to reduce the number of hospital readmissions.

With additional plans pending approval, Parrish Medical Center’s retail pharmacy currently accepts the following commercial and Medicare Part D insurance plans: Aetna Health, Ambetter (with the exception of Medicaid Plans), CarePlus, Florida HealthCare Plans, Health First, Humana (Commercial and Medicare Part D only), United Healthcare (Commercial and Medicare Part D only) and more.

For community members with Florida Medicaid, the pharmacy is actively working to accept full traditional Medicaid coverage for prescriptions. While the application is in process, those with Medicaid are encouraged to inquire about the pharmacy’s competitive cash pricing program, which offers affordable options while coverage is being finalized.
