Parrish Health and Wellness Pool

Whether your goal is to be healthier, get in shape, lose weight, be more active or unwind after a busy day, Parrish Health & Wellness Center is just what you are looking for.

Parrish Health & Wellness offers two pools for your fitness needs, a lap pool and warm pool.

The Lap Pool is 25-yards long, has 4 lap lanes and is designed for lap swimming and exercise.

The Warm Pool is approximately 10-12 yards long and has ramp access for entry. This pool is designed for exercise and stretching.

Our pool facility is conveniently located in the Parrish Healthcare Center at Cheney, formerly known as Parrish Health & Fitness.

Members have the ability to reserve their time and lane at 30-minute increments. Daily reservation is limited to one hour per day, per member.

SATURDAY: 8 am - 10:30 am & 12 pm - 2 pm

MON - THURS: 5 am - 9 am & 5 pm - 8 pm
FRIDAY: 5 am – 9 am
SATURDAY: 8 am - 2 pm
