At the Parrish Health & Wellness Center, your health is our priority. Individualized state of the art exercise pods decrease the hassle of waiting for a machine while providing an added layer of protection and comfort when exercising in your own space.

Our 5,500 square-foot facility is conveniently located in the Crossroads shopping plaza.
Members are offered the convenience of exercising in a personal exercise pod. Bring a workout partner; two persons per exercise pod are allowed.
