Parrish Medical Center COVID-19 Visitation Update

TITUSVILLE, FL. (March 25, 2021) - Parrish Medical Center (PMC) serves to provide a safe and healing environment for everyone all the time. The following updated COVID-19 visitation policy will be implemented effective March 25, 2021 and until further notice.
Hospitalized Patient Visitation
- Patients will be permitted one visitor at a time (including ER patients). Exceptions will be made for extenuating circumstances, such as end of life or unique patient needs.
- Patients being treated for COVID, generally, will not be permitted visitors. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
- If an exception is granted the visitation with a COVID positive patient may only be for one person at a time and for no more than a 15-minute period. The visitor must wear full PPE.
- Moms in the labor and delivery unit are permitted one visitor for the duration of their stay.
- All visitors are required to complete the security and COVID screenings and temperature check prior to being granted access.
- All visitors are still required to wear CDC recommended face masks and maintain safe distancing from others.
