Josh Field Joins PMC Executive Team

Josh Field has joined Parrish Medical Center (PMC) as Corporate Branding and Marketing Strategist, a new position created to address the healthcare system’s network expansion.

“I am excited to work with this dynamic team and play a key strategic role in the delivery of unsurpassed healthcare services in Brevard County,” said Field. “Parrish has long set the gold standard for patient satisfaction and healing environment not only on the Space Coast but on a national platform. Taking this story to a wider audience and letting people know they have choices in their healthcare solutions will be my top priority in this new position.”

Field has a long history in marketing and brand development, having served in marketing management for three multi-billion dollar global consumer goods organizations – Ralston Purina, Coca-Cola and Mary Kay – before moving to Brevard County. In 2006, he co-founded Space Coast Business LLC dba SCB Marketing, which publishes regional magazines – including SpaceCoast Business and SpaceCoast Living – and provides marketing services.

“Not only does Josh possess great experience and skills as a marketer but he is someone of great character, leadership and community stewardship,” said George Mikitarian, PMC CEO/President. “We are honored to have him on our team and look forward to the many contributions he will make to our organization, care partners, patients and their families.”

“In his new role at PMC, Josh will lead the Communications & Community Services department while working with senior leadership to further develop, promote and reinforce the brand mission and messaging within the organization, community and healthcare industry,” said Natalie Sellers, Vice President, Communications, Community and Corporate Services.

In addition to his professional experience, Field actively gives back to the Central Florida community. He currently serves as chairman of the Board of Directors for LEAD Brevard, and has served on numerous other local boards and committees, including Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast, Junior Achievement of Central Florida, Brevard Cultural Alliance, Founders Forum, and Board of Overseers at the Nathan M. Bisk College of Business at Florida Institute of Technology. He is a graduate of Leadership Orlando (2014) and Leadership Brevard (2007).
