Dr. Tyler Tantillo is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who provides comprehensive general orthopedic care, with advanced fellowship training and a subspecialty focus on hand and upper extremity surgery. He provides both surgical and nonsurgical treatment options designed to help patients restore function, relieve pain and return to the activities they enjoy. Dr. Tantillo’s clinical interests include hand and finger arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, fractures, tendon and nerve injuries, trigger finger, sports-related injuries and work-related conditions affecting the upper extremities. He also specializes in the treatment of wrist arthritis and reconstructive procedures involving the hand, wrist and elbow.

Dr. Tantillo is board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Middletown, New York, where he graduated as Valedictorian with Summa Cum Laude honors. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell in Huntington, New York, followed by fellowship training in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School.
